Properties: light yellow transparent viscous liquid. Refractive index of 1.5730. Insoluble in water and hydrocarbon solvents, soluble inhalogenated hydrocarbons, alcohols, ketones and aromaticsolvents.
Uses: High brominated flame retardant, flame retardant has a significant effect and plasticizing effect. For cellulose acetate,polyester, polystyrene, polyvinyl chloride and polyurethane foam.
