USES as antioxidants, GB 2760-1996 regulation can be used for food containing fat, edible oils, hydrogenated vegetable oil, instant noodles, maximum usage 0.2 g/kg, in infant formula of maximum usage 0.01 g/kg (with grease ascorbic acid in terms). In addition, still can make food nutrition fortifiers.
